If our installers accidentally break through any of your listing's sprinkler lines,

notify your agent immediately.

We will NOT be held responsible for

outside vendors who repair or cover any water bill that may incur.

Please note that all installations should be flag mark to avoid sprinkler or electrical lines.

Installs and Removals will be done within 2 business days for all orders placed within the Local Metro Area (Weather Permitting)

Flag Markers are available here in our office free of charge!

Our installers use their best discretion when placing signs.

If you have a specific place you would like your Yard Sign installed,

PLEASE note that on the order.

A service fee of $25.00 will be instilled if our drivers

have to go back to a property to change install locations

if not otherwise noted on the original order or placement was marked with a flag.

Installs and Removals outside of the local Denver Metro area will be done within 2-3 business days (depending on the location and weather permitting)

**We Can Not Guarantee Exact Time Frames for Installations or Removals**

We are unable to track duplicate orders and wrong address orders as we pay our installers per stop.

If it is not cancelled ahead of time and our installers have already been to the property that day,

there will be a $25.00 Service Charge.

Orders will be accepted up until 3:00 PM (MTN)

All orders placed after 3:00 PM will be placed in que for the next available business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be scheduled for Tuesday and there after.
